What can and cannot be brought into the venue?

Are there water fountains and/or water available for purchase on-site?

Yes. Water will be available at each field and at all athletic trainer tents. There are also water fountains located at the bathrooms.

Where is the lost and found on-site?

Lost and found will be located at the guest services tent.

What kind of seating will be available?

Bleacher seating is available at pitches 1 and 2. Chairs are also available at each pitch. 

Will there be parking on site? Is it free?

Yes, and parking is free. There is a large parking lot at the north of the facility and a smaller parking lot at the south of the facility. There is also ample overflow parking. 

Is there Wifi on site?

Yes, public Wi-Fi will be available.

Are pets allowed into the facility?

No pets are allowed into the facility. Service animals are permitted at the facility.

Food and Drink

What sort of food and drink will be available to purchase on site?

A variety of food and drink will be available to purchase on site.

In addition, the concessions stand will be open in lower level of the clubhouse building. Information is available here.


Will tickets be sold on-site at the event?

Yes! However, for the best prices on tickets, we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes, all ticket-holders must bring a copy of their ticket, either printed or using an e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

What is the ticket transfer policy?

We allow ticket transfers up to 48 hours before the event. To transfer a ticket to someone else, email events@usquidditch.org with your confirmation number, the order’s original name and email address, and the name and email address of the person you are transferring the order to.

I lost my ticket, what do I do?

Before the event, email events@usquidditch.org and we will help you. On-site, go to the ticket booth at the main entrance. We will be able to look up your ticket purchase there.

How do I pre-order merch?

If you are buying a ticket, you may pre-order merch (event t-shirt and event tank) through Eventbrite. If you are not buying a ticket, pre-order through Paypal here.
